REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Enfessoft Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") processes refunds for purchases made in MafiaXo ("the Game").

All payments for in-game purchases are processed by our payment partner Xsolla. Refund requests are handled in accordance with both this policy and Xsolla's refund procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
The purchased Virtual Items have not been consumed, used, or applied to your account.
The purchase was made in error (e.g., duplicate purchase, unauthorized transaction).
A technical issue prevented you from receiving the purchased content.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to enfessoft@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your in-game username, the email associated with your account, the transaction ID or receipt, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund.

Alternatively, you can contact Xsolla's support directly through the payment confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

We will review your request within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your MafiaXo account. We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly.

6. Subscription Cancellations

If MafiaXo offers subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial subscription periods are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
